Oleg Movchan, a capital markets and risk management veteran with extensive experience in asset management and investment banking, has joined the company’s Board of Directors. It is the latest in a string of expansion initiatives, partnerships and joint ventures continuing to accelerate the company’s growth.
Movchan brings over two decades of experience overseeing large and complex multi-billion dollar portfolios and trading strategies across both public and private capital markets. He is also a managing partner and a Board Member of Enfusion Systems, a leading global provider of investment management technology solutions and services. Additionally, Movchan is a founder and managing partner of Gimel Tech Ventures, a technology-centric private equity and venture capital investment platform. He also serves on the board of Revolution Global, a leading provider of the highest quality cannabis-based products in the US.
